Nice Stay

I was impressed with what this hotel had for the price. The only thing is it doesn’t have a pool, and the exercise room is small, but the room was large and clean. We had the king size bed room. The front desk is helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is typical. It is pet friendly, although we did not need that. We went to get more caffeinated coffee since our room only had decaf initially, and the front desk gave us what she had (it was later in the day) and let us know that the coffee pot in the breakfast area is 24/7. My husband likes his cigars, and they have a beautiful tree across the entrance with Adirondack chairs to sit and relax. There is also an IHop next to the hotel for easy dining later on. Overall nice stay.

The room was very spacious.The bed was clean and comfortable.The furniture was in perfect shape and ergonomic.Breakfast was fresh,plentiful,and very good. The only downfalls were the climate(damp) of the room,the view(a wall),and the condition of the bathroom.

The new section of the second floor has no elevator. Though I was able to use the stairs, not having an elevator removes these newer rooms from accessibility to handicapped people, makes it harder for elderly people to get to their room, people with a lot of luggage are challenged, and I am sure the cleaning staff must have difficulties with restocking the cleaning carts. Any future redesign might want to consider adjoining the two second floor sections or installing an additional elevator (what ever is cheaper). The free breakfast was good accept the eating area is not large enough to accommodate for the number of guest that could be staying at the facilities The staff was great!!
