The room and accommodations were fine. I wish that someone would have set up the breakfast bar before 7am. It was dirty from the night before, there was no coffee brewing, the room was cold, there were no clean coffee cups or dishes and the fireplace was not on. I had to make the coffee and put the heat on. The room is nice and great views from the patio. Scott

Room and bathroom in good condition. However, the floors were dirty and I had to clean with a towel and it was black. Lobby fire place should have been on, especially in the morning. The most disappointing part of our stay was definitely the free continental breakfast. The snacks provided were appreciated. We brought our own breakfast so, all we wanted was a hot cup of coffee. When we got to the lobby, no coffee was made so we attempted to brew our own but we gave up because the filter had old grounds in it and the pot was filthy. The floor was also unswept and dirty. The only plus were the choice of bagels and toast, but by then we didn’t want it. This was at 7:30 am. No reason for there to not be a pot of coffee or at coffee pods. Very disappointing. We felt like once your establishment got our payment, it was done with us due to the breakfast experience that is supposed to feel warm and inviting, and this was anything but. We will think twice about returning.
