This hotel provided me with one of the best hotel stay experience I've ever had. My family & myself stayed here during the recent snow storm, and I can't express enough how wonderful the staff (also many of the other hotel guests) were treating everyone. From the front desk, the manager, to housekeeping staff (even the volunteer crew that were there to assist during the snow storm), every staff member was kind, patient, professional, and warm welcoming. The rooms were clean and well sanitized. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and will absolutely book a place here the next time I'm Lake Charles Louisiana.

The property its self was nice. The room had problems. The tv was broken (the image was blue), the phone didn’t work, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest - just restocked. The breakfast was inedible, thankfully it was free and thankfully they had pre-packaged yogurt.
