I liked the clean recently renovated rooms. I disliked that both pieces of cardio equipment in the gym were broken. The air conditioner in the gym was broken, and the free breakfast was bad. They ran out of coffee and had a very small selection

I would have gave full stars but when we arrived the lady was not there to check us in and didn’t really give a heartfelt apology of why she wasn’t . I hate when hotels do that sorry. Have someone there to check us in ok. We’re tired and we had a long drive

Great Staff & Super Comfy Bed

I was in a bit of a crunch, needing a place to stay on a last minute situation. Sierra, the lady at the front desk was so nice and accommodating to my situation. She went above and beyond to help me out. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend The Marco Hotel. It is in a great location with beautiful views of the lake.

Typically, I steer clear of reviews, but I felt this one was warranted. The staff was accommodating, so that is a plus. The hotel is a work in progress. The room was nice, but the hot water was nonexistent. It got warm at best. Check-out requires improvement. My flight left super early, so I had to check out early in the morning. Nobody was at the counter or available, so I left my room key (with room number) behind the counter. I received an automated message later that day (after 5 pm) stating that I needed to check out by 11 am and to reply to confirm. No receipt or anything following. I will end with this, though, the staff during normal hours were professional and accommodating, even allowing an early check-in. For the price, the room was ok. Improve the hot water and enhance the checkout process for a better overall experience.
