Kimberlys Chandelier Château has the very best 4100 sqft feet of absolute stunning home with 2 Cal Kings and 4 Queen beds in 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and extra large event room. With high vaulted ceilings, you are very comfortable. Enjoy large TVs in 3 large family rooms. You will love this house! This is the ONE!
Family style Kitchen : 2 large ovens , gas stove & steam oven, microwave and BARBECUE ! Nothing is "basic" here. There is everything you need for a large friend, family or small getaway. We do Disney groups, Soccer teams, Sky Divers, Boating teams, bridal & baby showers, Glen Ivy & Pechanga stays, Weddings, showers, work study, military traveling nurse, work groups, hosting soccer teams and their families and many more!
THE BEST PART! Relax and Swim in the calming Salt- water pool next to the candle-lit garden surrounded by a garden of tall palm trees, it's your own palm tree RESORT! Some say the spa was more than they expected. It seats 12-15 and is a swim spa. With relaxing water jets & lights and even a small waterfall , It IS exactly what a dream vacation should feel like with a new patio seating area, fire-table and spa. This is a DREAM!
Then, don't forget, tonight you'll have, your own private master suite and it has its own private jet bathtub, in your room sits your own chaise lounge chair. This a unique and beautiful and is such a large room, with 2 walk in closets, it also has a 65inch big screen TV. •Next to the master bedroom, there is a an additional private workout/ yoga space OR Optional set up 2 queen blow/up extra beds ($70) fee on each bed request). • 3 large rooms upstairs , ( with couch sleeps 2-Cal king sleeps 3, Queen beds, 2, and 1 couch. Cal King bedroom has adjacent bathroom. The other 2 rooms are gloriously set with Queen beds and another full sized bathroom with bathtubs. • Downstairs:
There are TWO Bedrooms & TWO bathrooms downstairs, ( sleeps 4 total downstairs ) both have full ADA access and also is a wonderful fully remodeled shower room with 3 showerheads lovely towel warmer.

There are 2 very large dining areas. 1 with seating for 8, the other for 4. There are 2 family rooms downstairs and theres even a make up area to get ready for any event. Each room has plenty of cozy pillows & blankets and even closet insets, so come and stay a while. Youll be happy you did!

No DJ / Music equipment, 9pm outdoor quiet hours. (250 fine) not a "party" house
No unauthorized guests ( please state all of your guest because the base rate is up to 5, Its 55 per night after 5 guests for authorized guests, then it's 90$ per night ( each) for Unauthorized guests. If you have a family event/ large stay where part of your group is coming for part of the stay, message me and I will work with you on the pricing change, 1 partial day stay overs, visits etc are still considered guests and must be stated in reservation. • Our return guests are like family! We are central to Disneyland, Knotts & San Diego too!

The house is spacious and lovely, the backyard with the patio, pool and hot tub is oasis like. Kim the owner was responsive when the propane tank was empty and had a full tank to us in 30 minutes. Parking is great and enough for 3 SUV.There is no hairdryer in the house tho, so bring your own.

Beautiful home with oasis backyard

Needed a spacious home to spend quality time with family who lived nearby and this beautiful home with plenty of bedrooms, seating and dining areas as well as an oasis backyard with a pool and hot tub checked all the boxes and then some! It proved to be the perfect location for my immediate and extended family to enjoy visiting, swimming, eating, bonding and relaxing, especially while soaking in the hot tub. Also, communication with the host was easy, always receiving immediate answers to my questions. I will definitely book here again and recommend to others for their vacations/staycations.

Spa Paradise

Loved staying at Kimberly's Chateau! A nice private spa with beautiful & spacious decor for my friend & I to "get away from it all". It was nice having a private spa after visits to Murrieta Hot Springs & Glen Ivy where spas weren't private. Kimberly was very pleasant to talk to & coordination with. This is not a fault of Kimberly, but communicating via VRBO's app was difficult at times due to duplication of messages & delays in receiving messages. The only real thing we struggled with a bit by the end was figuring out some of the light fixtures as there were many light switches. Overall it was a great stay & I can't wait to return for my next spa semi local getaway. Thanks again Kimberly & to your neighbor for chipping in! Cheers!

Great Family Party

We had 7 family members stay, that were out of the area. About 10 other family members joined for a day, for a birthday party. It was an excellent place for that, and way better than a restaurant or putting all the stress on someone else. The spa was very nice, clean, and great jets. Kitchen was well stocked (lots of spoons, forks, plates and bowls, which I've had problems with before where places sleep 8 and have like 6 forks, not a problem here!)Kimberly communicated throughout the early planning, booking and stay. We'll use it again if this situation comes up again, for sure!

A home away from home

Wonderful property to stay - spacious and intimate at the same time. Tasteful decoration, pool area inviting, generous supply of everything - even a Keurig machine with plenty pods. Beds comfy and clean, TVs top quality. Great neighborhood, plenty parking. Our family of 12 felt home the moment we stepped inside for our annual 2 nights/3 day Thanksgiving road trip.

Perfect Family Gathering Home

Overall this was an amazing place for our family to stay. We were there for a very unexpected loss in our family. Kimberly and her daughter are great hosts, so responsive and helpful. Being able to gather together in a home rather than a hotel lobby was exactly what we needed, especially with a large family. The 2 BR and the ADA BA downstairs were great for our Noni and Nanny. The ADA shower wanted to drain out of the shower area. I suggest asking Kimberly for a demo if needed. There is a whole house fan which we used in the evening which helped with the upstairs temp. We had 7 adults staying in the home, but were able to have 30 (which included some Littles) for an unexpected family dinner one night. As a chef I am particular about kitchen space and inquired about cookware in the kitchen. I travel with my knives and suggest doing the same if serious with cooking. The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking necessities and there are grocery store options available nearby. There was plenty of household dinnerware for our group of 7 but suggest disposable plates and utensils for larger groups. The backyard was calm and quiet to sit and relax in the morning and evening. The pool was very refreshing as well. We recommend keeping any louder, cackling family members indoors, since the houses are so close together, so they don’t disturb the neighbors. Overall a great stay in a quiet neighborhood!

Kim's place is a well appointed, updated large home with a pool and detached jetted, most relaxing spa. The covered outdoor eating area made for wonderful family time. There was nothing we needed for our weekend that wasn't already there. Kim was quick to respond with answers to my questions. Beautiful Home with plenty of room

Kim is extremely responsive, and the house is perfect for our soccer families to come stay twice a year. We will look forward to continuing to stay here. Amazing backyard with the pool and hot tub and many comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms.

An oasis in Lake Elsinore

My wife and our two boys (14 and 12) very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. Kim is a great host and answered all of our questions leading up to our stay. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The extra large jacuzzi was a treat for all of us. We would definitely stay again.

This place is a hidden gem. Upon walking in there's a feeling of being at home. The place is spotless and well maintained.This is definitely a home you will want to re-visit time and time again! The large jacuzzi(can you say Awesome) is where we spent most of our time. The Host is a phone call away to address any questions, and is very responsive. We will definitely stay here again. Fun Birthday Weekend Getaway!

We had a large party staying for two nights for my 26th birthday weekend, and we all had such a blast! The hot tub was absolutely the highlight of the entire experience! The pool was too cold to use, but we enjoyed the backyard immensely.

Great Home Near Lake Elsinore

This home is beautiful, big and very well appointed. The back yard was beautiful and the kids loved the spa and the pool, even though it was quite cold (the pool, not the spa) The neighborhood was quiet and safe and seemed family oriented. The location was perfect for what we needed and there was every imaginable store within a 5 minute drive. Costco, Walmart, Walgreens, all types of fast food and restaurants all right there. The check in and check out processes were seamless and the host, Kim, always responded immediately and she was accommodating. If I'm back in the area I will definitely be staying here and would certainly recommend this house to anyone.

Great Getaway!!

This is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. The hot tub was everything we needed to recover and recharge. Besides the home having more than enough space for the family, it was very clean and comfortable. Kim(the property manager) was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I would definitely recommend that if you’re ever in the area, book here and you won’t be disappointed.
