The accommodations were more like a stylish one-bedroom apartment than a hotel room. Soaker tub off of the bedroom and spacious walk-in shower in the bathroom were wonderful. It’s possible to bring food from home and cook at the apartment if you’d like, but there are many restaurants nearby, too, and at the resort. Downtown Lake Geneva and Riviera Beach are about a 10-minute drive away. We also had access to the indoor pool at Grand Geneva Resort, which was large and enjoyable. We are very likely to return.

We pulled into the hotel at the stroke of midnight, weary from our journey only to find that the sofa bed in our suite was broken, leaving us without a proper place to rest. The following morning, we eagerly went down to the restaurant for breakfast, anticipating a delightful meal to start our day. However, to our shock, the server presented us with a bill exceeding $100 for our breakfast, despite our reservation clearly stating that all morning meals were included with our suite. When we approached the manager to resolve this discrepancy, she coldly dismissed our concerns, claiming it was a scam and insisting we had never paid the breakfast fee. Frustrated and feeling unheard, we reached out to Expedia support, detailing our disheartening experience. They advised us to check out, promising a refund for the ordeal we had just endured. Overall, our time at this hotel was marred by a complete lack of customer service, leaving us profoundly disappointed and wishing we had chosen a different place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn club vacations villa,the only thing which i don't like is early checkout at 10 A.M. The check in is at 4 P.M and checkout time is very inconvenient. I asked the front desk for an extra hour but the lady flatly refused. I request the management to look into this matter seriously.

The property is nice. However, we were frustrated because it was in the 90's with a heat advisory and our air conditioning worked poorly. It was 81 degrees in our room when we just arrived. It never did get below 75 degrees in the room. We got poor sleep both nights we were there and it wasn't even fun to be in the room. We contacted the front desk and someone did come look at it and said everything was running properly. I then emailed Holiday Inn about this experience and never got a response. The door to our room was also left propped open when we arrived so the room had gnats all over. Disappointed in the customer service as this could be a great place to stay! Nice property and lots to do around.

When we arrived at the hotel check in was 4:00 they didn't have our room ready till 6:30. When we got ready to leave this morning the elevator was broke we had to carry our stuff down 4 floors. I call the office they said they would send some one to help. That never happened. The rooms were nice. But they never brought clean towels,yesterday I caught house keeping,she gave me a couple for last night.
