Como lake oasis

Nice comfortable clean room, good views of the semi secluded balcony. Easy entry with a code. Had some other guests smoking on the premises which made it unpleasant to sit outside another guest playing loud music early in the morning. But without a physical person to manage the property I guess that’s gonna happen. Could use a refreshing on interior, upholstered chairs changed out. Also more info about having a coffeepot and microwave in the room in description and the common room w/ a gas grill. We would stay here again. Great location off the beaten path

We loved everything about Sandhill. The lady who helped us ( May ) helped us throughout correcting Expedia's mistakes as they popped up from Expedia including not being able to get into the place. If not for May our trip through Expedia would of never worked out. Expedia is run by a bunch of incompetent moron's and we will recommend to everyone - AVOID USING THEM

Nice and cozy

Beautiful, cozy property on the lake. Could use some maintenance though. A little power washing would go a long way. So many spider webs and bird droppings. Overall very nice property. Would definitely return.

I stayed in the cottage and it was such a lovely experience. The room was quite large and the tub was huge, though it did slowly drain when full. Being right on the water was calming, but sound from the restaurant next door carried over the lake and there was a wedding going on. They ended early enough though they it didn't disturb my sleep. The staff was wonderful. There was an air freshener in the room and I have migraines very sensitive to smell. They worked with me to ensure my visit was enjoyable and free from triggers. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was quaint and nice for a weekend getaway- we stayed in the 225 cottage. But similar to other reviewers, space was clean, but could definitely use upgrades in the porch and bathroom area to warrant the high summer cost.

I had made a reservation based upon the photos and information online for the Inn. When we arrived, we took a walk around the property and were appalled by the condition of it. There were weeds everywhere. The outdoor furniture was filthy and the few cushions on the chairs were dirty. When we walked to the front of the property to see the "beautiful" lake, we were walking through geese droppings. The pier was covered with geese droppings. We tried our code to the building which did not work. Another guest was able to get in on the west side and opened the door for us on the east side. We climbed three small flights of terribly lit stairs to get to our room. When we opened the door, we could smell a strong scent of bleach. We turned on the television and were unable to get a signal. We called the "Manager" who said the internet had been out and should be up shortly. We told her that we would not be staying as long as planned and would like to change our date of departure. She said since we had gone through a third party, we would have to contact Expedia. I asked her if she had a number for Expedia. She said she did not. I tried several different methods of reaching Expedia and had no success. There was no maid service. Fresh towels were supposed to be in a hamper in the hallway. We were booked for three nights. We stayed one night and left the next day. Disappointed is an understatement.
