The young woman (with long hair) at the desk was very nice and accommodating. We requested a different room and she took care of it for us. She was so cheerful and pleasant. And nice to be around.. It looked like she truly enjoyed her job....great to see that with a young person.

Have been many times without issues. Bed was horrendous. TV in bedroom didn’t work. Room smelled like mold and the toilet paper was like sandpaper.
