Age Requirement:
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the duration of the stay.

Pets:
While we love animals, this property is strictly pet-free to maintain an allergy-friendly environment for all guests.

Security Deposit & Rental Agreement:
After booking, you’ll receive a notification to complete our rental agreement and security deposit hold through our trusted, API-connected management system, OwnerRez. Both steps are required to confirm the terms and conditions of your stay.

The security deposit is a hold on your card, not a charge. It’s placed two days before check-in and automatically released five days after check-out, provided no damage occurs.

Security Notice:
For guest safety and property protection, there is one outdoor security camera monitoring the driveway and exterior entrances only. There are no cameras inside or in any private outdoor areas.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
