Conveniently located from the strip in Lake George. The hotel lacked cleanliness, wasn’t the worst but could’ve been cleaner than we found it. Staff was friendly! Hot breakfast was good. We stayed in first floor and found it very noisy to sleep!

First arrived 60 min before check in time, was told there will be a $50 charge…came back few hours later. With an hotel half empty they manage to give the room next to us to a family who arrived past 11:00 at night. At midnight when to report to the front desk that the next door family was very noisy. Mattress in our room has passed the expiring date. Breakfast was basic but no fresh fruit. Well located.

Location, Breakfast, Cleanliness are all good. More than 3 weeks now. They haven't refunded my security deposit yet. We went with 3 Families. No one got the Security Deposit yet. Contacted them a week ago. Still didn't get:)

Well, upon arrival I was requested to provide a credit card for security deposit for prepaid business reservation with Expedia. They charged me 50 USD instead put money on hold. It is crazy! I am filing complaint and opening dispute for this transaction.

Air conditioner sasnt the best. Loved that there were 2 pools to choose from. Room was on the smaller side, but was maintained well. Convenient to lake george, but still needed to drive to downtown area.

Horrible

The desk personnel were very personable, efficient. But I didn’t even stay the night. The hotel hallway had dirty appearing -worn carpet - very worn looking. My room was clean but the noise above my room, noise from hallways and next door rooms and even trucks pulling up to park just outside my room window were so disturbing. It was as if this was a party hotel. I could hear every door on my end if the hall opening and closing, loud talking, furniture being moved (that’s what it sounded like). I wiuld not want to stay there again. I didn’t even turn down the bed.
