We arrived half an hour early before the check in and our room was ready. Staff was really friendly. Wide variety of selections for break fast, the lady who is in charge was very sweet and attentive.

There is construction using heavy machinery on the property that starts at 8am. It’s 15 degrees outside and the windows are paper thin and the heater didn’t work well and started to blow cold air. The Mountain View side of the hotel is actually the freeway side and it is not peaceful and quiet, you can’t even see the mountain. The walls are also paper thin and you can hear people talking and walking down the hall.

The room was spacious clean but had a very strong smell that didn’t go away. Unfortunately, the customer service experience could be better, as employees didn’t make much attempt to be nice, polite or accommodating. Breakfast was ok. Water in the pool was very warm but had a strong odor and didn’t seem clean.

We had an awesome stay at the Home 2 Suites. The rooms are spacious and the staff is super friendly. The pool is like a big hot tub and felt good on a cold winter night. Breakfast was just right with a nice dining area and a variety of selections. We would definitely return again!

Everything here was great inside ! Staff , rooms, not a lot of noise . The only thing I wish is that they had a bigger dog area . Especially when it’s very cold, snowy and icy . For an extra $75 for the pet fee a better dog area would be the icing on the cake . Otherwise the staff is wonderful and rooms are great .
