Brand new, professionally maintained condominium within walking distance to the lake and downtown. Quiet location off of the busy main road but easy access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and all of the amazing activities the Lake George area has to offer. Fantastic amenities, close to countless hiking, biking, xc ski trails, shopping, and outdoor activities. 25 minutes to Saratoga, 35 minutes to Gore Mtn, 15 minutes to West Mtn. There are always tons of fun seasonal events in the area too!

First floor: mud room and 2 car garage

Second floor: Living and dining area, kitchen, half bath, small balcony with seating area. All basic cooking and dining essentials provided.

Third floor: primary bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bath, second bedroom with full bed and second full bath adjacent to second bedroom. Laundry area, clean sheets and towels provided.
