This 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom end unit town home is ideally located in Laurel Woods at Big Boulder in Lake Harmony Poconos Mountains - a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It has one of the most spectacular views in the community!! This up to date and beautifully decorated home has something for everyone. Enjoy a hot or cold beverage (depending on the season) on the back deck as you take in the breathtaking Big Boulder Mountain and beautiful 175 acre lake. This home offers all the amenities that make it perfect for your personal flexcation.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and attached to a full bath room with jacuzzi whirlpool tub. On the first floor. there is also the kitchen/dining room combination and the living room with a beautiful wood burning fireplace. Relax your mind and body as you look out through the floor to ceiling windows and get another view of Big Boulder mountain. The second floor boasts 2 additional bedrooms with large closets and drawers, a full bathroom and loft (with pull out sofa bed) over looking the first floor.

Family fun is just minutes away!

In the winter, enjoy skiing and snow tubing as well as cross country and down hill snowboarding. We are very close to Big Boulder and Jack Frost Mountains. Hickory Run State Park is home to beautiful forests where you can enjoy a leisurely cross country ski adventure. After a fun day in the cold fresh air, come home and unwind in front of the flat screen TV, enjoy complimentary WiFi, and snuggle up in front of the wood burning fire place.

During the summer, the Boulder Lake Mountain Club is just a short drive or even a bicycle ride away, This well managed private club has many amenities: a heated pool infant/toddler pool, roped off lake swimming area with trampoline and beautiful beach with lounge chairs. There are also outdoor tennis courts and a playground for the kids. You will also find a variety of boat rentals: canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, row boats and pontoon boats. Warm and cozy

Very nice place

We stayed at this property for a week in August. Very nice place and pleasant stay. To improve the stay, I would like to see the front and side doors clean. Weather does it to the exterior. Next door is actively run B&B and people that stay there have no regard for assigned parking space. Overall very nice pleasant stay and owner is very helpful! Thank you.

My family and I had a great time! The house was very clean with lots of space. The only downfall was that we did not know that there was work being done to the dam on the lake and we were not allowed to swim in it. Overall experience was great and we will be back!

Fun family trip!

My family and I decided to book a long weekend trip for Father’s Day weekend. We had such an amazing time. Perri and Ron’s place felt like home. Very comfortable and clean. I have 2 young children (2 years old and 7 months old) and it was a great place for kids, plenty of room for all of us. We will definitely be back!

Great weekend vacation!

Short but sweet stay in the Poconos

The townhouse is lovely with plenty of room for us ( 3 adults and 2 kids). Well-stocked kitchen. Pretty grounds ( we enjoyed visits by the deer family and Mr. Groundhog ). A very good location with lots to do in any direction.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Perri & Ron's condo. It was well furnished, and the location near Boulder Lake is beautiful. There were many deer in the area. We were there off-season, so the area was very quiet, which was perfect for a Covid-period gathering!

We had an excellent stay at this property. Its within walking distance of Big Boulder, which made it super easy to get and from the mountain with all of our equipment. The place itself was super clean. Would love to stay here again next year.

Exceeded expectations!!

While we have rented prior in Lake Harmony, this was our first time at the Boulder View ski area properties. The home was immaculate when we first arrived and you could smell the cleanliness upon opening the door. We were really impressed with how clean everything was, other rentals we have been at were never this clean. Everything was pristine and we were instantly excited! All the beds were comfy, all appliances worked, and bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with all the basics. Linens and towels were a huge plus for my family of 6! Very spacious and awesome views of the slopes. We cooked, baked, relaxed by the fireplace and enjoyed the area! The owners were very accessible to us and we cannot wait to stay there again! Highly recommend this rental!!!

We found time to relax in comfortable surroundings and explore the area nearby during the fall shoulder season. The amenities were everything we wanted and more. The only thing that could have been useful is more information on what TV options were available onsite. Otherwise, clean, private, lovely.

Amazing place

The house and area was beautiful. The owners were amazing and did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable and everything went as planned. Quick to reply to anything we had to ask. Will definitely book with them again. The kids really enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. When we got there the grill wasn’t working but the very next morning the owner showed up with a new grill to replace the one that was there because all our cooking plans were to Bbq. They were always reachable and checked in to make sure we were having fun and that our checkout and check in was simple.
