Backing to acres of hiking, horseback and off-roading yet still in town. With ample back yard space, you and your pets will feel right at home.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash can be taken out to cans outside. If you are checking out on Monday/trash day take the cans to the curb Sunday night or early Monday. Leave not cigarette butts. Clean BBQ. Pick up from pet.
Pick up after your pet. Leave no cigarette butts. Set two mini splits to AC 82. Close blinds and drapes. Make sure ovens and irons are off.
Take down all umbrellas and tie, return to space by pool equipment. Return patio furniture where found.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
