Fabulous Havasu Vacation Home with Huge Pool

Our fabulous 2335 square foot Lake Havasu City Vacation home features all the great amenities to entertain family and friends for a weekend or weekly get away at the river. Great views, spacious living arrangements, pool, and plenty of fun for the whole family.

Features a spacious living room with plenty of seating area to entertain. Den/office area, large kitchen and game room area with pool table. 4 bedrooms which will sleep nine people comfortably. Air mattress and roll away bed available for 3 more people. 2 bathrooms with double sinks. Large fully landscaped front and backyard with large pool. Plenty of parking for the Rv and boat.

Guests will have access to the entire house, pool, front and backyards. Garage unavailable due to personal storage. Guests will get a pass code for their stay so no key is necessary.

Features a lovely quiet neighborhood on the south side of town near the golf course. Is located on a quiet cul de sac street.

Public transit and taxi available to and from home. Local phone book provided at location to contact one of the many shuttle services available.

Non heated Pool. Spacious backyard and patio area with BBQ. Pool table. Internet. Dish TV. Exterior security cameras on front and rear of property. Only monitored if there is an issue on the property or notified by guests or neighbors of an issue.

Great location, Great Home, Great Stay

Our stay was amazing!! Joseph was very accommodating and great communication. Our family had such a great time in the pool and loved movie night with awesome movie dvd options. Loved it and we will be back. :)

It was a very nice house and roomy. We didn't get to use the pool, we were too busy our meetings. The only drawback for some of the people was the entrance stairs. Would stay there again!

Great family vacation

Joseph's house was fantastic! We stayed with our children over a long weekend. The house was clean and well equipped with cooking supplies, the description was spot on. The kids played in the pool all day and night. It was huge too! The beds were very comfortable. He was also very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions at all. I would definetly stay here again.

The home was absolutely perfect for our family. We loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and dining room. Also our host was easy to communicate with. Just wish we could have stayed in Havasu longer.
