My reservation was cancelled. It took 40 minutes to check in after they fixed it. The lobby was nice after someone told me it was a dumpster fire. Was it livable? Totally yes. But it was dirty and broken down. Thank god it was cheap. Not the worst but not in my top 15 choices.

Room was updated but blinds were broken, bathroom needed attention hot water was hit and miss. Decent room for good price. Feel they could put a little effort into taking care of the rooms and property better. Hot tub was cold pool was ok. I generally stay here not the worst room but not the best. Was looking forward to a nice evening in the hot tub but apparently its been broken for sometime.

The room was ok; plain but seemed clean. The bathroom could've been cleaned better and the towels were horrible. Very thin and rough. No wash cloths. Coffee was provided in the room and downstairs. Staff was courteous!

This place is a decaying dump the blinds are missing peices and dont work . The mattresses are collapsed and old . Shower faucets leak . Towels are stained . The carpet in the hallways are soiled and stained . The lack of maintenance of the property shows the staff seemed to be more involved with their phones then with their jobs .

Hallway smelt awful, taped over hole in the shower, shower leaked/ran all night and was stained. Used bandaid on the floor so questionable cleaning standards. The girl that checked me in and good view of the lake was the only positives.

The front desk staff were very nice. Particularly when I checked in. I had quite a few questions about the location around the property and she was very helpful. I asked about a Chinese restaurant I had seen online. She said it was her favorite place. I went and it was great. So happy she said it was a good place. She also helped me figure out a later check out and called to see what she could do for me. She just went above any expectations. I appreciated that so much.

Looked like Motel 6 was remodeled into Studio 6. That doesn't change the old the popcorn ceiling, pink tile bathroom floor or the cracked fiberglass shower enclosesure. The wood-look vinyl flooring and Ikea type funiture looked nice but it was kind of like putting "make-up on a pig". Our first floor room included broken vertical shades, Broken mirror on the bathroom door, water damage floor moldings, a towel rack about to fall off the wall and a yester-year toilet the leaked.The kitchette was furnished with scratched and dented appliances. The ice machine was broken but the did have bagged ice for sale.

Room was not cleaned well & it had a smell to at, as did the entire place. Outside there was a perimeter of cigarette butts lining the walk ways & pool area. Hot tub heater didn't work. Staff was kind & friendly. But I choose the place for its low price, so I guess it's fair that you get what you pay for.
