Friendly staff and nice and clean. Decent breakfast options: pancakes, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and pastries. Be sure to call the hotel if you are booking from Hotels.com. Requested accommodations and notes are not passed on. However the hotel was able to accommodate on the fly. Thankfully! No elevator available, but downstairs rooms have ADA accommodation

Best value in Lake Havasu. Rooms are all large rooms with divided living room and bedroom. Kitchen has a sink, microwave and Kurig style coffee maker. Excellent service every time I stay there. Awesome for the price.

Your hotel is small but nice and comfortable. I love the security door to get in and the beds. Love the kitchen small but you have utensils, pans, and dishes. Can't wait to comeback. Then space of the 2 beds and bathroom good space.
