This newly renovated condo is perfect to unwind after a fun day in Lake Havasu City which offers boating, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, 4-wheeling, microbrews, concerts, auto racing, classic car shows, an indoor water park, movie theater, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, skate park, shopping, and fine dining. Sonrisa is the best condo complex in Lake Havasu! It is less than a 10-minute drive to the main street, London Bridge or the beach/channel area. Light shines through abundant windows. AC will keep you cool in the summer months. Our condo is no smoking and no pets. This is in a quiet neighborhood.
