Private Pool home with Lake Views and large deck for relaxing, big game room with full size pool table, poker table. This four bedroom home has all the amenities you need plenty of clean high quality towels, furnished with everything ready to enjoy also includes cable TV, internet, wifi, DVD player, 60" smart TV, washer and dryer, high chair for infants, both bathrooms were remodeled this year everything is clean and new, nice comfortable sheets and bedding. Three large beds in each one of the guest rooms and 1 bunk bed in the 4th bedroom plus a futon in the game room. House sleeps 9 comfortably not counting the futon. Good location centrally located by North Palo Verde and Kiowa with plenty of parking for your boats, cars, or RV.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Grace Arts Live. Enjoy features like laundry facilities and an arcade/game room. The vacation home offers a private pool and a kitchen.

Before removing pool vacuum from water unplug it from wall FIRST or you will BURN UP POOL PUMP! GUEST will be responsible to PAY for new pool pump.
Cover pool table when not in use please. Place all dirty towels by back door before check out. Load dishwasher and turn on before check out please.
Lock doors before leaving property. Noise level must be peaceful and quiet after 10:00pm city ordinance. Please dont park blocking neighbors mail box
