Lovely 3 bedroom 2 Bath Manufactured Home Centrally located in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Ideally positioned along Windsor State Park with unobstructed close-up views of the Lake. Just one block from the Windsor Boat Launch. Plenty of parking. Walk out the front door directly to the Water and Trails in the State Park. Enjoy your mornings on the porch watching wildlife, and your evenings watching the sunset. Home is on the West side of Old London Bridge Road in Lakeview Park. Lakeview Park is located 1 mile North of the London Bridge, on Old London Bridge Road. There is a Community Swimming Pool, hot tub, and Clubhouse across the street offering optional organized activities for all especially Snowbirds. Many Restaurants, grocery stores and shops all close by. The primary bedroom features a King bed with ensuite bathroom having a roman tub, separate walk-in shower and dual vanities. There are 2 guest bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a Queen SofaBed, all ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for all guests. Guest Bath features a shower/tub combo and single vanity. Central A/C and Heat. Water softener. Filtered Ice. Separate Laundry Room with full size Washer and Dryer. Kitchen was recently renovated with all Stainless Steel appliances and sink. Sub-Zero Refrigerator and Gas Range. Outside grill and patio furniture. Drip Coffee Pot, Crock Pot and plenty of kitchen pots/pans and utensils. your stay will be nothing short of fabulous.
