Located on most popular area of Havasu "The Island" district of Lake Havasu. Close to Everything and only 6/10th mile to the London Bridge & Town Center with lots of restaurants & shopping. This cozy & totally updated 420 Sq. Foot 1-bedroom bungalow sleeps 4 comfortably. Being totally updated and refurnished in April 2022. Private bedroom with queen bed, night stands, double mirror door closet & built-in dresser/valet. ,Full bath with shower/tub combo and vanity. Complete and well-stocked/furnished kitchen including full-sized range, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,, full set of dishes, utensils, pans, baking dishes that is open to center island & dinette for 4 & living room with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. Open living room with Sofa sleeper, end tables, coffee table & sitting bench. Entire unit climate controlled with central heat and a/c. Large/Newer wrap-around wood deck with propane BBQ/ Grill, propane firepit and benches & Patio bistro set for 4 for dining al fresco with beautiful views of the lake in daytime and city lights at night. Step down to side yard/backyard with BBQ pit & shrub/tree's to provide shade and privacy. Located in a quieter area of the community/campground.

The community has a fully stocked camp store, horseshoe pits, pickle ball court, a pool and spa along with laundry facilities. There are brick gazebo's on the private beach for shade and plenty of open beach area's.
