BBQ or enjoy a drink on the back patio while watchin boats pass by on the lake. Our back patio has a great view of the lake and overlooks the boat slips. Our spacious mobile home is located in Sam's Beachcomber on the island. Our home has one bedroom with king bed and an open kitchen and living room with two couches. An additional two rooms with 1/2 bath available. The extra bedrooms have a twin/twin bunkbed and a full/full bunk. Each room has its own mini split AC unit so everyone will be comfortable. These rooms are attached to the main unit, but not accessible from inside the main unit. View our other listing to book the additional room. The park has a private launch ramp, boat slips that can be rented, 24 hour security, gym, horseshoe pits and a community pool spa. There are small private day beaches within the park if you don't want to take the boat out. One of the day beaches is just a few steps away from the unit. Two additional rooms avail if needed. Rooms wont be rented if not.
During your stay at Water View Mobile Home, you're just a quick walk from Colorado River. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool and laundry facilities.

Great Place

Property was nice and clean, good location and the owner was super responsive to any issue we had. Issues were resolved quickly. Highly recommended and we will be staying here again. Don't get suckered into staying at the Nautical Inn, that place pales in comparison.
