The property out side was not to bad the staff was not friendly, or welcoming. The room had a bad smell, the sink had nats/small flies i had to put a towel over the opening i would not recommend and will not be staying there again

We arrived late and tired so right after check in we went to bed. We didn’t see that there were issues with our room until the morning. The shower was not working. It smelled of water damage and there was black mold both in the bathroom and kitchen. Had to end my stay early due to this and find another place to stay because I was traveling with my son.

The Front Desk agent was pretty terrible actually. Didn’t get his name, but he was very grumpy. Check me into a room that smelled really bad. I asked for a room change and he said that he needed to do inspect the room and he came back and said it doesn’t smell, kind of arguing. All I wanted was a room that didn’t smell. Not the best hospitality or customer service destination.
