• Tranquility Lake House requires a Water Waiver to be completed to confirm the reservation. If the form is not completed within 24 hours of the Vacation Rental Addendum being signed, the reservation shall be canceled. Thank you.
• Rumbling Bald Passes. Your home comes equipped with Rumbling Bald Community Passes, which give you access to several activities in the community. We do not manage the Rumbling Bald community amenities, and summertime amenities are only available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Noise Ordinance
Tranquility Lake House is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended. During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.

This home was amazing!!! Very clean and cosy with great bedrooms, comfy beds, and bathrooms on every level. Has a gorgeous fireplace inside, stone firepit overlooking lake, and multilevel open decks, with a nice screened in porch area. Also had a separate, two story garage that had been converted into large apartment suite over separate game, movie and exercise room. The house has a lot of character, but seemed to be recently remodeled so felt open, light and clean. Loved the wonderful views, and large supply of boats with private dock and direct lake access. The management company was excellent! We were a large group, but with so many bedrooms and private decks, it was easy to get alone for some downtime. Only downside was that the kitchen was small, and not stocked with great pans and knives, but we got by fine. Everything else absolutely exceeded expectations. I would love to stay here again!!!
