The living, dining, and kitchen areas share an open layout, making it easy to relax, cook, and spend time together. The updated kitchen includes all the basics to prepare your favorite meals, and the home features fast Wi-Fi plus smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms so you can stream your favorite shows anywhere you unwind.

The home comfortably sleeps four with two queen-sized bedrooms.

The real magic is outdoors. Sip your morning coffee on the charming front porch, settle in with evening cocktails, or simply relax as you listen to the birds. After a day of exploring Lake Lure and Chimney Rock, head down to the lower-level patio to soak in the hot tub and take in the views. You’ll also have your own stone patio with a fire pit—perfect for stargazing and late-night conversations.

Please note: The cottage sits on a steep hillside, and the driveway is very steep. Parking may be challenging for low-clearance vehicles or cars not well-equipped for the climb. Most standard SUVs and sedans do fine, but we recommend using caution when arriving and departing.

Cute Cottage

The cottage has great character and charm and is located close to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. We walked to the Flowering Bridge each morning with our coffee, and spent most evenings on the porch enjoying the weather and some views of the mountains.

Perfect weekend stay!

This cottage had everything we needed for a couples getaway trip! The cottage was adorable and fully stocked with glass wear, dishes and even seasonsings for our burgers! The town is so quaint and cute, little coffee shops nearby were a perfect morning pick me up but the cottage also had a coffee maker for tea and coffee! Loved our stay, we made it to Asheville twice which was only about a 30 minute drive!

We had a great time at the home for Spring Break. It is a beautiful location and close to every thing. House felt warm and welcoming. Family loved the hot tub. We did not get the chance to use the firepit but hopefully we will next time we stay and visit the area. Definitely would like to come back for another stay at this home next time we visit the area.

What a wonderfully charming cottage. The location was very close to all the attractions (lake, town, Chimney Rock park), yet you feel secluded. The cottage was very well decorated, super clean and well stocked with items one needs for cooking. Perfect romantic get-a-way! I hope to be back soon.

Charming Cottage on the Hill

This cottage was great - very clean and cute. My husband and I stayed 3 nights before picking up our daughters at a nearby summer camp. We especially loved the porch with rocking chairs - perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktail. Thank you!
