This property has everything you need for a perfect stay. The small pool is the neatest thing. Great hot tub. Honestly the perfect little house to be used for a getaway. I think the best thing was how versatile both the property and hosts were. So many options for every type of stay and family. 3 bed types, great for couples or families, romantic, or kid friendly fun, lots of activities and events in the surrounding area, seating inside and outside, place for meals or enjoying a fire. The master suite “shed” is unbelievable when you walk inside. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Very quiet. The hosts are accommodating and even pet friendly. We will stay again!

This home was absolutely charming, beautifully maintained, very clean, and immediately welcoming from the moment we arrived. Even though we stayed during the colder month of March, the house felt warm, cozy, and inviting, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. One of the standout features of our stay was the stunning lake view, which added so much to the overall experience. Waking up to that peaceful scenery each day was truly a highlight and made our time there even more special.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Sandy Cottage. The home was extremely well equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen essentials, extra towels, sheets, shampoo, and soap all thoughtfully provided. We loved the quiet setting and waking up to the sunrise over Lake Jordan while watching people ice fish. The private master suite just steps from the home was the perfect place to wind down, and the skylight windows made it so peaceful to look up and see the stars at night. Tim was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. The perfect spot for a quiet mental and physical reset. We would absolutely stay again and plan to!

Beautiful cottage with plenty of amenities for the whole family.

Beautiful cottage on the lake. Me and my girls had a nice time with the hot tub and Kayaks. Plenty of wood for the firepit. Had fun fishing and even seen a crawfish for the first time. Home was newly renovated and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. When assistance was needed owners of cottage were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay a great experience.

We stayed over the weekend for the Barry Roubaix bike race and a friend's 50th birthday. Overall, the property was great. Extremely clean and new. Beautiful views, comfortable beds in master and out building. Bunk beds were a little short, geared more towards younger children. The check-in process was easy, though some documents got lost in spam folders. Would suggest that some of the key information be printed in locations around the home. When we ran into some missing information, owners were quick to respond to texts all weekend, anytime of day.Would be happy to rent again.
