Enjoy waterfront views in a spacious and beautifully furnished lakefront villa at the luxurious Landscapes Lake of Bays vacation resort. Just two hours north of Toronto, guests have full access to the entire property including: waterfront boardwalk, shared gym, hot tub, outdoor salt water pool (summer), clubhouse, games room, boathouse, tennis/ pickleball/ basketball/ beach volleyball courts, skating rink, playground, horse shoe game area as well as sandy quiet beaches with complimentary kayaks paddleboards, canoes, water slide and water trampoline.
The villa directly faces Lake of Bays and has stunning views. It sleeps a maximum of 8 guests with 2 full bedrooms (each with their own ensuite) plus a den with a pull out sofa bed. It has a total of 3 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen and lovely balcony with views of the lake. In addition the cozy living room includes a pull-out sofa bed couch and a quaint coffee nook that allows a perfect place to start to the day.

The villa comes complete with washer and dryer plus all towels and bed linens (changed weekly by resort housekeeping service) as well as plenty of convenient and free parking for guests. Those with a boat can dock it on the property designated area, and have easy access the nearby marina (5 min boat ride away).
The villa is pet friendly and is appropriate for well behaved dogs (up to mid size). *Please note: to respect guests and owners all pets MUST be kept on a leash at ALL times outside and are NOT allowed into the common shared facilities. Pet owners are not permitted to leave their pets alone in the villa and must pick up pet waste and dispose of it appropriately.
Villa and common areas are cleaned thoroughly in accordance with COVID Protocols. Fresh towels, beach towels, linens, blankets, and pillows are provided. *Please note: there are no consumables kept in the unit. This means you will need to bring all consumables with you, including: soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, salt & pepper, spices, butter, oil, condiments, coffee, tea, sugar etc.
For those looking to venture beyond the property, the quaint town of Baysville is a walking distance. Bracebridge and Huntsville are 25 minutes away by car and offer plenty of restaurant and boutique shopping options. Nature lovers can explore the beautiful Muskoka wilderness on the many lakes and trails at Algonquin or Arrowhead Provincial Parks. For those who love golf, the area offers some of the best golf courses in Ontario
