Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Ensure dirty dishes are washed - Turn heat thermostats incl fireplace thermostat to 55F/13C - Turnoff AC in warmer months
- Turn off all lights except stove light & front door outdoor light - Ensure all doors/windows are closed & locked - return kayaks to garage
- turn hot tub temp. down to 80F - ensure hot tub is covered & locked with key found in kitchen island drawer
