This is an amazing 3 bedroom 2 bath condo that is walk in level from parking with an attached 2 car garage for guest use. On the walk in level of this condo you have a fully stocked kitchen and dining room with a spectacular view of the lake. You will also find a half bath, spacious living room with a queen pull-out couch and fireplace as well as a spacious deck for you to just sit and relax. The 2nd floor of this condo has a nicely appointed lakeview primary suite with a kind bed and an enclosed four seasons room to sit and relax in during any weather. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. Also located on the 2nd floor is another full bathroom and laundry room. The Falls complex offers two outdoor seasonal pools, docks, tennis courts, and playground and is located at the 2 mile marker of the lake in the Horseshoe Bend/Four Seasons Area and offers one of the best locations at the lake! As you can see this is the total vacation rental package so, pack your bags, grab the kids and head on down to beautiful Lake of the Ozarks! Labor weekend trip

Absolutely amazing property and management! It is spacious, but super cozy, and the view of the lake is unbeatable. You definitely get what your paying for and much more! We will be staying here again on our next trip to the lake! I highly recommend this property!
