The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals right at home, with ample cabinetry available for food storage. Gather together for formal meals at the dining room table with seating for 4 or hop up to the counter and enjoy afternoon appetizers on the high-top stools. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV with a Super Nintendo for hours of gaming fun.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Fifth-floor unit accessible by one flight of stairs from ground-level parking. Please note: No elevator is available in the building.
• A mattress pad is provided for the pull-out sofa bed, ensuring a comfortable sleeping experience.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
