Multi-Level Lakefront Condo with Main Channel Views

A rare 2-story 3,000 sq. ft. waterfront condo with 2 living areas, both with screened in, fully furnished balconies with great lake views, oversized rooms, ROKU compatible TVs in all rooms and a gas grill. This multi-level condo is perfect for extended stays, a large family, extra friends or multiple couples!

The main level has a living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking basics including dishware/flatware, spices and a coffee maker, a master suite with a full bath, and a half bath off the living room. The pantry connected to the kitchen has an additional fridge and washer and dryer.

The lower level has a living room with a pull-out sofa, kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and sink and two bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms.

Resort style amenities: 2 pools (one overlooking the lake), tennis court with basketball hoop, pickleball court, playground and two pavilions for BBQs.

Minutes from the action: Located within the Village of Four Seasons, you are a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, bars/night life, golf courses, gas stations, shopping and so much more the lake has to offer!
