The Condo was in a great location. the property was overall in good condition for a rental property. My only thing, is that they should update the bedding and new mattress cover. I stripped the bed for the cleaning lady and noticed the mattress cover was old and shredded and the blanket was shredding... I hope the owners will see this and make a quick and not costly fix to the rooms.

Great location

The management was very helpful and accessible. Each apartment has its own parking spot. The beds were comfortable. The units are not brand new , but comfortable and clean.

Home during Lake Placid

Nice apartment

Easy check-in, clean, well-stocked with everything you may need. The beds were very comfortable too. It's a decent uphill walk to the Olympic center and town but it's downhill all the way home!

Nice place-convenient location

We made a last minute reservation to spend the holiday in Lake Placid. The property was clean, nicely decorated and in walking distance to restaurants, shops and activities. The only downside was that the walls are thin and we could hear guests upstairs. Overall a very good experience and a great place to spend holidays.

Celebrating my friends 40th Birthday

We celebrated my friends birthday by hiking Cascade and Porter. This place is close to the hikes and has a lot of dining options close by as well as shopping. The Adirondacks are beautiful! Thanks for having us!

Great place to stay in Lake Placid with a family.

We stayed here for a week with our three kids and were happy with it. Good location, walkable to beach or downtown. Plenty of parking. No washer/dryer in the apartment, though. There may be a shared laundry room, I didn't ask.

Lake Placid Review

Very clean recently updated. Location was very good for access to Main Street without being directly on Main Street providing privacy. Sentinel Road is a busy street with commercial traffic was a little noisy early in the morning. We did visit during the warmest week of the summer and the master bedroom did not have air conditioning. We did leave the master bedroom door open and used the ceiling fan. It did cool the room. Overall rating I would provide is a 4.2 - very good experience and would stay again.

Over Paid

This was a complete over sell. The unit is tiny, only 1 small bathroom (that smelled worse then my college lockeroom) and it doesn’t have central air as advertised or washer and dryer. I called the owner and didn’t get a call back. The ice maker in the freezer doesn’t work. They provided 4 total forks. Such a joke! The owner should offer me a significant refund based on what they charged me 4 nights. I could have rented an entire house with much more amenities.

Stay in Lake Placid

Very nice, clean, convenient inside. The building has absolutely no noise attenuation both between apartments and from the outside noise. It is located on the corner of two busy avenues. It is rather hard to sleep at night and especially in the morning through the truck traffic and in winter through the constant snow ploughing (bless them). Otherwise, very good!

GREAT LOCATION!!!

The property is very nice and well cared for. The location is perfect for a walk into town every night and just a quick drive to Whiteface to ski for the day. We even drove back to the apartment for lunch one day. The only reason for the 4 stars for accuracy of online listing is due to COVID restrictions that unfortunately were not shared with us regarding on-site laundry - but Neven was prompt with replies to inquiries and information.

The internet only worked for a few hours and then it stopped working the rest of our stay. It was very frustrating considering we had to work (zoom meetings) and attend classes via zoom.
