Very nice accommodations. There is no one to greet you when you get there. You just grab the key for your room. That was not a problem and it worked out fine. The room had a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. There was also a small kitchen. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Loved it!

The lodge was great! Check in was easy, when you walked in the room it was clean and you could smell that it was clean. Everything was great! Only complaint is the walls are a little thin so we could hear other people.

Budget friendly and comfortable.

The hotel was a great budget friendly option for our Lake Placid visit. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. My only complaint was that there was no regular coffee in the room or in the office, only decaf! Also, no stir sticks. Small but important!

I recently stayed at the Snowshoe Lodge in Lake Placid, NY, and it was an absolute gem! The lodge was super cute and impeccably clean, creating such a cozy and welcoming vibe. I especially loved the separate living area with a kitchenette, which made it so convenient for relaxing and whipping up quick meals. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—within walking distance to the charming downtown Lake Placid, with its shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to some fantastic hiking trails. I loved every moment of my stay at Snowshoe Lodge and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
