This property is so reasonably priced for the area ( off-season stay) and maintained so nicely, as well. Clean, neat, attention-to-detail with their coffe station, microwave, and mini fridge. Spacious rooms as well! Loved our stay!

Perfect place to explore Lake Placid and or ski at Whiteface. Rooms were beautiful and the beds were amazing. Only tough thing is parking around the building but we were always able to get a spot and with the space available it is the best it can get. We will definitely be returning here on future trips.

Boha motel (not hotel)

The room was nice, clean and had all the necessities. The bed was a little hard to my liking and we were not expecting an inn or motel style building. I could hear every single word spoken in the room next to me and that made us uncomfortable.

We loved the free access to Netflix! Room was clean and enjoyable. Only negative is Check in time was a bit late in the day, so you feel like you’re not really getting to stay very long. But we enjoyed the town and our time here

It’s a nice place overall; I would try to get a room on the second floor bc we didn’t sleep much both nights with people walking and stomping & literally sliding furniture around in the room directly above us from 1230-3am both nights :(

Nice room, convenient to all locations. Common area was not open, renovations, and would recommend ceiling fan to move air. Overall, nicely done- I will be back again.

Cute but loud and cold.

Cute newly renovated room. Hot shower and a very clean too. Bad part is the walls and ceiling are too thin. You hear every step above and nextdoor sneezing. Door to the outside needs weather stripping, even with heat up the room was cold.

I think I would classify the “hotel” as a motel. Having said that, I would say the rooms are nice, clean and have a modern cabin feel. Location is good and you can walk to Main St. and the lake. Parking is somewhat limited but you can park within steps of your room. Since there is no office or lobby you check into your room using a lockbox and a key code. The rooms have a Keurig coffee maker but when we arrived there were no pods and we discovered the TV didn’t work and the remote needed new batteries. Make a phone call with the supplied phone number and both issues were taken care of. As far as the Keurig coffee maker I guess you need to call if you want more pods. We decided to buy a box of our own pods since we drink quit a bit of coffee in the morning. Our friends stayed down the street at a much higher-end hotel and we hung out there when we weren’t out doing things. Overall the place worked out great and the price was good. Would stay here again.

GREAT SPOT! The room was very modern and comforable with all the necessities: comfy bed, small refriegrator, microwave, keurig, table with chairs and a nice big tv. The bathroom has body wash, shampoo and conditioner and a nice vibe. It was so cozy. The staff is not on-site - you let yourself into your room with a unique code but the staff was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. Location is great, 5 minute walk to the end of main street and all the yummy restaurants and cool shops. Highly recommend and would stay again.
