The room was awesome! Very spacious and comfortable. A full kitchen and wood burning fireplace were added bonuses. The heated floors were amazing! Clean and recently updated. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction going on in the lobby area, pool and attached rooms and the noise level was high in the morning. Be aware of the extra $25/night pet fee, $50 deposit and other fees! That was a little surprising for a pet friendly hotel.

Front desk double-billed me for my stay. They also gave our friends an upgrade, but downgraded us and put us in a room on the other side of the hotel.

The carpet smelled very bad. The staff is friendly, overall it was clean but the smell... I still can't forget it. Parking is limited but has a good location. I loved the hot tub.

We had a suite with a kid. If you are sensitive to light when you sleep, this is not the place. Parking lot spot lights come through the bathroom and living room door and make it super bright. The heater is in the bedroom so you can't heat the living room without cooking the bed room. Fire place didn't work either. Asked the front desk and both girls working were arguing with each other and gave attitude when I asked to even be down graded. Walls are thin so rooms surrounding are loud. Convient location but for the price, we'll stay at a larger facility.

The property was nice and clean. The hot tub was delightful. The staff was extremely friendly. The only downfall is that there does not seem to be enough parking spots for all the rooms.

We have been coming here to this property for years now, and its never been THIS BAD! Our door knobs were falling off, my kids got stuck in the rooms because the doors would get jammed shut. There was broken glass under our night stands, the hair dryer was melted at the top and looked like it hadnt been cleaned EVER....never got fresh towels or cleaning service...meaning DIDNT take our trash..that I had sitting outside. We stayed here for 4 days!!! and not ONCE did they take the trash so we had to find the dumpster and did it ourselves. The Hot tub was the ONLY thing we liked but even that was dirty and murky water with a ton of bugs. We couldn't run the fireplace because it smelt like our room was going to blow up, and had no directions just a remote with 2 buttons that had no labels. To top it off we had bugs crawl on my kid while we were watching a movie!!!! She had nightmares the next 2 nights! There was more but these were the WORST parts....DONE with this place.
