The hotel is very cute and has a lot of potential. However, the bathroom vanity needed to be replaced, legs were held together by black tape. The fireplace never turned off or down, so we had to keep windows open all the time because it was so hot! No one is ever on site it’s an ai bot that you text with, so if you have a real issue or need towels you have to wait until someone actually arrives. I wis they would have just done all of the renovations then opened because I would’ve able to give it better reviews.

It is all digital with no one there. I called the phone number displayed and they walked me through the process of checking in and out. It was quiet, small property. Rooms were clean. I wish tv had normal cable channels. They only offer Hulu Netflix and you use your own account. A little more digital than I am used to but overall a great short overnight stay. Also close to main drag where casinos are.

I booked this hotel for two nights but couldn’t stay for the second because the room had no real heating. In the middle of winter in South Lake Tahoe, all they offer is a tiny wall “fireplace” that looks decorative and gives off almost no heat. It was so cold we couldn’t take off our jackets. I contacted the hotel because we literally could not stay in that temperature. I asked to move rooms, and they admitted in writing that every room has the same setup with no actual heater. They didn’t offer a solution until I asked if they at least had a space heater. They sent a small one that barely helped, but it was late so we tried to get through the night. I told them in writing that I would check out early and request a refund for the second night. They acknowledged this, and the next morning they confirmed my checkout and asked if I locked the door. But when Expedia contacted them, they denied that I checked out early. After being shown screenshots proving everything, the hotel changed their story and bizarrely claimed I had been “talking to AI.” They still refused the refund. On top of that, the bed covers were covered in hair—human and pet hair mixed together. Not a few strands, but visibly all over the bedding. Freezing rooms, unsanitary bedding, and complete dishonesty when confronted with proof. Avoid this place at all costs.
This is the only ‘heating’ in the room — purely decorative and puts out almost no heat.

This hotel was perfect for my daughter and my visit. It was centrally located, not only to the heavenly village, but restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was more than efficient for the two of us and a nice surprise and the hot shower was a game changer. We will definitely book this hotel again.
