Not a good experience

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel as the bathroom shower has mold in several areas. Heater has an old smell when it went on. I requested a refund for one night as we cut our stay short and when I checked out I was told yes my refund got approved, called the hotel 2 times and emailed them 3 times to inquire about the refund never heard back. Bad customer service.

In a nutshell, this place is dirty, uncared for. The sheets had stains and there was a bad odor in the room. Didn t seem they washed/changed the beddings after each guest. Couldn't stay, had to leave and book somewhere else.
