The pictures show a new room with the jetted tub in a new bathroom and a gas fireplace. Not only was I alerted after I paid the non refundable rate that they don’t have 24 hour check in, but they don’t have the room pictured. I got a rather direct call stating they close at 10 so hurried to get there in a storm. Get my room, it’s an old run down room with a cheap fake fireplace that probably cost $200 and two bath tubs. The old one in the bathroom and a jetted one. Picture showed a new bathroom with tub inside the bathroom, sink inside bathroom. The sink was outside the bathroom. I called the front desk and asked if they had a room I booked with a gas fire place. He said “no. “. Just no. Sold me a run down old not at like the picture and on top, the TV didn’t work. It had 2 channels and the rest said could not connect.

The property has potential to be a nice stay but there's so much negative. False advertising for one, they use photos of their sister site. It doesn't not have a firepit and seating area for example, the rooms look nothing like the photos. The cleaning lady was very rude. Instead of being grateful that we cleaned the room ourselves and only asked for coffee and creamer during our stay she was loud and gave me dirty looks when she passed by. We stayed in room 106 and there was constant sound from their storage room day and night. The room was cute even though it wasn't what was advertised but the beds were a killer. We both had severe back and shoulder pain from our beds.The phone didn't work, they didn't enforce their no smoking by the property rule- there's a weed dispensary down the street so people were smoking weed out in the open in their smoking spot right by our room constantly filling our room with foul smelling skunk odor. Also the property is listed as pet friendly.. we paid 156 in fees for two 5 lb Maltese for two nights but there was nothing pet friendly about it. Not even a designated place for them to tinkle. The one Pro was the kind gentleman that checked us in. He went above and beyond.

We liked the location to the main street. Price was ok.. We didnt like the small sink in the bathroom, no where to put our toiletries. Nowhere to take our dog to go potty. Had to walk and try to find somewhere.

The “kitchenette” has everything you need to cook stir fry…except a stovetop or hot plate. As a couple with severe allergies we try to book places that we can cook our own food so this was very disappointing, as most places with a kitchenettes have these. Bathroom toilet had a leak that left water all over the floor, and there was a used soap bar in the shower. Otherwise was very clean and bed was comfortable. Was ok for us as we were only here two nights.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway.

The room is very good and clean , the property is very close to the Lakeside Beach and Restaurants, they also have a lot of parkings available.
