The carpets are deteriorated. I wish the floors were vinyl since the rooms are pet friendly. Breakfast was OK, but much better than other continental breakfast. Location is good, very convenient. Walking in distance to Lake, to the casinos, to the Heavenly resort. I will stay here Again, but I hope they change the floors.

I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The soundproofing is extremely poor; at midnight, I could clearly hear children screaming and a man yelling from the neighboring rooms, making it impossible to sleep. Furthermore, the cleanliness was not up to standard. I found stray hairs on both the bedsheets and in the bathroom upon arrival. Given the noise levels and lack of hygiene, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are looking for a restful or clean environment

Tried to check in 2 hours ahead but was told that my family would need to wait until check in time. During check in time, was told the rooms were not available. One of my rooms wasn’t on the schedule to be cleaned. My family didn’t get to check in until 1 hour after check in. I was not compensated for the cost, no accommodations were made. My family had to sleep in the car after a long drive waiting for the rooms to be ready

We received our rooms at 8:00 PM, and unfortunately, nothing was ready upon arrival. To make matters worse, the elevator was not working. I was traveling with my 88-year-old father, who was forced to climb the stairs up to the third floor, causing him significant physical distress. Even after finally getting access to the room, the situation did not improve. Housekeeping staff continued cleaning adjacent rooms until 11:00 PM, and the noise was clearly audible while we were trying to rest. This completely disrupted our sleep and made the stay extremely uncomfortable. This experience fell far below acceptable hospitality standards, especially considering the presence of a senior citizen. The lack of preparedness, non-functioning facilities, and excessive noise made our stay frustrating and exhausting
