You get what you pay for

Staff made a racist comment while checking in. Asked us 4x during check in if we were sure their aren’t anymore guest staying with us because “Mexicans” usually have more people staying in then reported!

I would like to thank you for review and apologize for comment made by any staff member. I am sure our staff doesn't comment on Ethnicity. Staff always verify total number of guest mention in reservation with checking person. It's common question asked to all guests from staff. Thanks you !!
