Nice but overgrown

The house is nice, dark, and cozy with all the appliances you need. The beds were comfortable. On the downside, the shrubs and trees are overgrown and it would help the lake experience to trim back. Dock is minimal. Wood floors are spreading apart which create a hazard when barefoot. Lots of spiders and jurassic size ants inside house and downstairs is damp and musty.

We had fun!

The home is in a great location. It is roomy and adequately furnished. The fireplace is great. Negatives: needs trees and bushes trimmed as view of lake is somewhat obscured by overgrown bushes and trees. Cooking utensils, silverware, knives etc. need to all be replaced. These two concerns are meant constructively. All that said.....we would rent there again!
