CANCELLED DAY BEFORE NO REFUND

Booked this stay 2 months in advance for my son's fishing tournament and contacted host day before arrival and was informed by Host that it was a mistake and property wasn't available. VRBO has contacted host several times regarding issue to try and obtain refund and Host never answers. No refund received yet and it's been almost 30 days
