Staff was great. Room was dirty and the lock on the door was broken. The hotel was booked so I couldn’t ask for a different room.

It took over 15 minutes to get someone to check me in. The room wasn't cleaned while I was there. They straightened the bed and brought new towels and nothing else. The TV didn't work. They fixed it and it stopped working an hour later. I had to ask for more coffee after I used it the first morning. The guy didn't now where the coffee was and had someone bring it to me later. On the morning I left, I got up early and had to kill roaches running around the bathroom.

Both rooms reserved were dirty the bed sheets had nasty red blood stains on them. The bathroom had clearly never been washed with a towel still inside and pee all over the tub! The lady at the front desk stays sleeping in a back room with no help to offer and is very rude. AVOID BOOKING HERE

Staff was amazing. Made a stop on our way to Tampa to say we would be checking in late. Much to our surprise we were able to check in early. The room was very clean and had a contempory look. Great resaurant close by for breakfast/lunch. Fabulous! We would definately stay here again. Thank you for a good night sleep and early check in.

Staff was friendly and room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small but on par for the price and area. Only downside was it was easy to hear other doors closing and guests moving around. But again, for the area and the price not a bad place to stay in a pinch
