We couldn't unlock the door, so we were told that we had to turn the lever very slowly for it to work. We got in and could not turn the TV on, seems you have to turn it on manually and off with the remote. The Tub never stopped dripping water, not just drops, but a narrow stream. In the morning my husband went looking for breakfast and there was none

The room had a terrible odor. Was not clean. Carpets needed clean. Supposed to have a free breakfast in the morning, this did not happen. My husband asked about it and the employee just ignored him. Do not recommend.
