Welcome to M Lake Worth Beach! Enjoy all that Lake Worth Beach has to offer in this modern studio with a retro vibe! Located just 1 mile from the beach. This residence has been completely upgraded & features warm woods & a neutral pallet, offering an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.

The Bedroom features a King bed with memory foam mattress and a walk in coset.

Black out shades are found throughout the apartment for comfort and privacy.

The brand new kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee maker ( hot & iced coffee ! ) cookware and utensils ( just to name a few ) and all appliances; refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Towards the back of the property there is a beautiful built in BBQ area, featuring an electric grill, cooking sink and a gorgeous quartz counter top, perfect for prep space.

There are also comfortable chairs and side tables great for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Be sure to relax in the fun swinging chair, perfect for unwinding and taking in the warm Florida sun!

A short walk to downtown Lake Worth Beach, restaurants, art galleries & shopping, as well as a quick 10 minute drive from PBI Airport & 15 minutes from West Palm Beach, makes this apartment the ideal get-away!

FREE off- site parking is available on 6th Avenue N. A parking diagram will be emailed to you at time of booking.

Palm Beach International Airport is a quick 15 minute drive from the property, therefore making it the closet airport. Fort Lauderdale Airport is also within close proximity at only approximately 45 minutes from the property.

The Brightline and Tri Rail are both great train options. The Bright line is a stylish train with stations in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. They offer food and beverage aboard and create an unforgettable experience. The Tri Rail has many local stations including Lake Worth, Delray and Boca.

Good Value for a brief stay

It's an ok property. I had some issues with parking but not a huge problem.Ibdid unfortunately have a few roaches in the kitchen cabinets. It's Florida.... But not something you really want to see. There is also black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Again, not something you want to see. The room looked freshly painted. The sheets and towels were clean. You have to bring your own sponge and dish soap for the kitchen. Just little things, but worth mentioning.
