The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Time permitting, please strip the beds and placed linens in the primary bedroom hamper. You may place the used towels in the hamper as well.
Again, if you have time, please place the garbage in the garbage can, located in the front yard. Recycling items can go into our gray receptacle outside in the front yard.
Please place the key in the key lock box. Make sure the sliding glass door and the main door locked and please turn off the lights on your way out. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
