Check-In: After 4 PM (let the vacation begin!)
Check-Out: By 11 AM (we’ll miss you already!)
Early/Late? Just ask! We’ll try to make it work (fees may apply).
3. Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests can stay overnight.
Visitors? Totally cool—just let us know ahead (max 12 guests total).
4. Clean & Comfy
Treat the home like it’s your own (but cleaner ).
Report anything broken or wonky right away!
No smoking indoors – feel free to puff outdoors in designated spots.
5. Furry Friends
Pets allowed (if your booking includes them!)
Keep them leashed in common areas & clean up after them.
6. Grill Usage Disclaimer
Guests are welcome to purchase and use their own gas tank with the grill during their stay. However, we'd like to ask you to remove the tank before you leave. By choosing to do so, you accept full responsibility for its use and acknowledge that the property owner is not liable for any damages, injuries, or incidents that may arise.
