We keep finding long pieces of Hair in room, bathroom was not clean, toilet broke in the middle of night, Husband had to fix it so we could use it. The Hotel overall could use the refresh, cracked tiles in elevator. Staff was Very friendly and polite.

Property was clean. Bare bones room. Room service removed the dirty towels but never made the bed, etc. Trash never removed. Biggest complaint was the “continental breakfast.” It consisted of bread, rock solid mini croissants, cereal. Raisin Bran was stale and juice watery. No muffins, danish. Both mornings the same. We had to go purchase something edible.

Stayed at the hotel two years ago and it was so much nicer than. What is up with eliminating the toilet seat lid in the bathroom? The towel rack is right above it and if you’re not careful, your towels fall right in the toilet… Stupid. Breakfast was way subpar for what it used to be. We actually skipped it and went across the street to Wendy’s. Staff was nice, but they can only do so much. In general, it seems that they’ve tried to cut so many corners that is now not a place we will ever return to.

The area was good easy access to the main hwy.definitely needs some upgrades in the bathroom and maybe give 4 pillows in stead on 3 for queen bed staff was very helpful and sweet!!! Break is just a couple things nothing special or crazy no eggs etc!!!! Other then that great place to stay if you don't plan to be in your room only to sleep 🙃

Room had not seen a deep cleaning in years. Dirt and gunk in all the corners and crevices. The spigot and faucet in the bath were disgusting with black mildew all over them and the bathroom had no hot water. Even with the AC set on 68 the room still felt humid. Hotel staff said they would “fix it in the morning”. Didn’t help me much during my one night stay.
