The pans that the eggs, Canadian bacon and hash browns were in were too heavy. It was hard to lift the lids off of the pans. They were also too hot to the touch. The yogurt looked good but the berry compote looked gross. If you’re going to do a yogurt/fruit bar then put out good looking fruit. Basically, more money needs to go to the breakfast bar to increase the quality of the food overall.

Overall, very convenient to the convention center, but probably wouldn't stay here again. The property was fairly run down and the room wasn't that comfortable. We also were placed right next to the elevator and listened to that run all night.

We arrived on 12/4/25. Apparently there was about to be a Christmas parade downtown and we made it to the hotel with maybe 15 min to spare - if we had been any later arriving we'd have had to wait until after 9 pm that night to access the parking lot. This hotel sits on the parade route so there is no access in or out of their parking lot hours before the parade starts and then again not until it's over. We had dinner plans that evening that we were unable to keep because we wouldn't be able to get back to park. And forget about walking around downtown to find something to eat - everyone in Lakeland is downtown for the parade. Just an overall miserable check-in and first night there. Would have been super nice to have gotten an email or text letting us know about this parking situation beforehand and we could have planned our meals differently. After almost 8 hours traveling we were looking forward to our dinner that evening.
