The TV was dead, the photos didnt show that in fact the hot tub was actually sealed in concrete, and there was no body wash topped up in the bathroom. Other than that the room was clean.

Besides the team mate that checked us in. Even managers were rude. We didnt get housekeeping even when requested. We were supposed to have breakfst but thedays we did want it they werent offering it. Ice machines were all out of order but one on the main floor. Floors were gross in the hallways. Sticky floors in the entrance and the room itself had doors to the restroom u can see through so no privacy to use toilet. Also. At the end of our stay we saw roaches.

Area the property is in is scary at night. Police chases, homeless people roaming around, cars street racing,not the best area. Hotel is nice for it's price. Decent cleanliness, nice modern lobby. Fridge didn't work, nor the ice machine, but other than that it was fine for being a two star hotel.

This hotel is really nice and fairly priced. I stayed 10 days for just over 800 bucks. The property itself is a bit rundown, only one of the elevators works, theres some stains on the carpet and holes in the walls lol. In our room some of the hardware like lights, hairdryer, ect. Didn't work, also the minifridge freezes anything you stick in it. But the staff is super friendly, polite, and helpful and the pool is clean and cute. The whole place is comfy and homey and if you need a place to sleep while you go on daytime adventures this is the perfect place. If you're looking for more of a romantic hotel or something more upscale then maybe look somewhere else. Great place to bring kids and pets to, though. Next time I'm in Lakeland, I'll be staying here again!
