Find another place!

The poor woman at the front desk was pleasant enough but also very sick. She did her best. We went to the room and I pulled back the bedding as I always do to check for bugs. I was appalled to find the mattress not sealed and the padding covering the mattress with huge holes. As i inspected the room overall I found bed bugs, carpet worn down to the cement, other bugs and cobwebs. This hotel is so tired, it really needs some time off. When I went to the front the front desk the attendant said that they hadn't had any problems with that room. We moved on to Home2 suites acreoss the streeet.

Hotel was in a good location for visiting the theme parks. The hotel is in desperate need of updates and deep cleaning. Breakfast was only for 2 hours and the selection was very limited.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple years in a row and it’s more than efficient however I was in a room close to the back door that wasn’t secured. In other words the lock that was supposed to secure it was not-in effect. Definite safety problem however with that said I’ll or be returning next year.

One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed. Apparent homeless person in lobby when we arrived at 3am. Drug use on the floor we were on. Bugs in bathroom and on bed. Tub water ran all the time. Bathroom doors would not close. Carpets stained. We left after 2 nights and will be seeking a refund from Expedia. We will never stay in another La Quinta.

There were cockroaches in my room which i took pictures of. I tried calling expedia to get a hold of someone but impossible. I called my american express to refund charges and take matters into my own hands there was even mold!

The lobby looked nice and the bed was very comfortable, but the rest was grungy, smelly, and dirty. The building overall hasn’t been maintained well. Many places had large chunks of paint peeling, the hallway reeked from guest smoking weed in their rooms, and I saw at least 5 bugs in my bathroom (1 was already dead). Way too much money per night for the quality.
