Modern Kitchen: Ready for your culinary adventures, with marble countertop and stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge, air fryer/oven, and microwave.

Bathroom: A clean bathroom with a white subway-tiled shower and tub (and a baby tub with bath toys and a kiddie toilet seat).

Comfort Amenities: Enjoy a refreshing escape with cold AC and unwind with entertainment on the TV.



As our guest, you will have private access to the entire upstairs unit, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive stay. This includes all living areas, bedrooms, the kitchen, and the bathroom.

Three of our favorites within easy walking distance: Black & Brew for coffee, Born and Bread for pastries, and feeding the ducks at Lake Morton.



The neighborhood is very walkable! Also, the Citrus Squeeze - Lakeland's free golf-cart shuttle - that has a stop 100 feet from our property, on the northeast corner of Frank Lloyd Wright Way and Johnson Ave. It loops up and around downtown about every 20 minutes. Weekday lunch hours plus Friday & Saturday evenings.
